It’s past closing time for this coin laundry and I’m wondering who gets here first. Danish language has been invaded by English words. (Loyal readers of this brown website know that it goes both ways, with Danish as the primary invader, only that was about a thousand years ago).
Someone, do something. Someone did something, and he also wrote a word replacement dictionary. But the dictionary that I plan to refer you to in a moment offers alternatives to more French, Latin and German words than English. These languages were primary target for loan words (for some, others were just scandalised) back in 1933.
