iPod: Resurrection
The little, shy MP3 player (iPod) died fighting the perfect predator (my jacket). Two hundred hours and eight horrific experiments later, it’s back.
A group of scientists has pushed the reset combination menu+play for more than two seconds – hoping to breed the ultimate iPod. But the resurrected player must team up with a desktop application, including a restore, format and firmware updater named iPod Software Update, who holds more than a few surprises of its own.
Alive with spectacular special effects (swearwords), I, the iPod, iTunes and the iPod Software Update, iPod Resurrection is a riveting, pulse-pounding roller coaster ride that’s “reborn to be wild” (Entertainment Weekly). Come aboard… if you dare, and witness a whole new breed of terror.

Huh? Did the updater included in itunes kill your ipod? (guessing you have one of the old ones (like me) without the nifty cradle)

No. The perfect predator in this case was myself. It is unclear what killed it, as much as it is unclear why I never tried the reset combination until 200 hours of crying, denying and living in absolute silence, isolated and sorry.
It’s an old one, 5gb and no cradle. I was so sure I had an excuse to go 40gig.

Hehe, I keep dropping mine “unintentionally” on the floor ;)

You guys’ve got to much money if you can “unintentionally” drop your iPods. You should rather donate them to poor schmucks, such as myself. ;)

No. It’s a digital music player. Read more on http://www.apple.com/ipod/
