Drama and lousy laundry usability
There’s no worse thing than a bad cocktail Monday morning. One unfortunate staff member – John – got a 2/3 “lousy laundry usability” with 1/3 “I can make it before my morning meeting”. And he was not amused, neither was he in time for his meeting *. In fact, his thoughts were led towards boycotting one Vesterbro launderette.
Here’s the snapshot.

As you, the reader, observe, the default program is number one – “rinse with no-soap water”. Thirty minutes later, John faced another thirty minutes and four Euros spent on the program that should be default **.
